CLASSES
Our membership includes access to our timetable of classes that run from 6:30am to 1:15pm weekdays.
Whether you go unlimited or you have your weekly favourite, there’s a class pass or membership for everyone.

PERSONAL TRAINING
Sometimes you just want a more personal approach.
Each of our coaches has their own personality, style and expertise – you’re in safe and experienced hands at Unit 9.

Personal training is ideal for people who:
- Are new to training and want to get the fundamentals first
- Are rehabbing an injury

Harrogate barbell club
Join our experienced, in house Olympic lifting coach, Kate I’Anson and learn to Snatch and Clean and Jerk.
Kate’s evening and Saturday morning classes will have you progressing in no time – you’ll be surprised how much you can achieve.
Kate has built a great community of beginners, improvers and seasoned competitors.

STrut
Don’t say we don’t give you variety! Join Lyndsay Wells and shake off the day with this energetic dance class.
Lyndsay is an experienced teacher and breaks down all the movements into manageable pieces so you’ll always come away feeling you’ve grasped the routine.
Expect sassy dance routines and a whole lot of Beyonce.

Open Gym
Open gym runs as a membership on it’s own or as part of the “UNC Unlimited” package.
When you just can’t get enough of our environment… Sometimes you need to be on your own schedule, maybe you have some workouts to catch up on or you want to work on something specific.
Our open gym allows you to use all our equipment in the quieter times where there aren’t classes to enjoy. Whether you want strength, conditioning or a bit of skill work, you’ll probably find a couple of our coaches doing their training too!

EVENTS
Here at Unit 9, we like to give back to our local community and give you the opportunity to test your progress in a fun and supportive environment.
We have regular social events, fundraisers and “throwdown’s” where you can get as competitive as you like, remember your only real competition is YOU.
As a member you’ll receive regular updates of what’s going on here in the gym, use these opportunities to build your fitness and resilience. They’re also a great place to meet like minded individuals and grow your social circle with some new cheerleaders!
