CLASS CONCEPTS

GRAFT

Get ready to put some work in…

GRAFT is a long form, cardiovascular class combining erg work with light to moderate resistance work to build your endurance and boost VO2 max.


Expect:
Sustained effort, strategic pacing and full body conditioning for fitness that lasts.

Modality rotations to reduce overuse and improve stamina.

An emphasis on pacing, breath control and recovery under fatigue.

GRAFT will help you work harder, faster and smarter.

THE MIX

The Mix – expect the unexpected – anything goes in this early morning all rounder.

You want to feel like you’ve worked right?

Boxes
Rings
Dumbells
Kettlebells
Light barbells
The kitchen sink (jokes)

The objective is body composition change with higher rep ranges at moderate loads and a good dose of CV to boot.

Each coach will put their own spin and personality on this, the only thing we guarantee is you’ll never get bored!

BULLETPROOF

Bulletproof, baby!

This is a strength focussed class built around the big compound lifts.

Expect:
Deadlift
Squat
Hinge, press and pull movement
Accessories to support your smaller muscle groups

We dial in technique, that’s a fundamental.

We move with purpose and engagement.

We train to feel strong, capable and confident.


No fluff, just solid training to build a body that’s bulletproof from the ground up.

 

Core and Restore

The class you didn’t know you needed.

Do you neglect your mobility work?

This is a low impact, mat based class using blocks, bands and straps to challenge and assist you through some considered, intentional movement.

Core and Restore blends mobility, stability and flexibility with core strength work to realign and improve your posture and strength.

You’ll leave this class standing taller, feeling centred and recharged.

STRONG & SWEATY

We get strong, then we get sweaty! This class brings the best of both worlds, controlled strength and hypertrophy work followed by some fun cardio blocks to leave you feeling accomplished.
Expect:
Muscle building rep ranges
Moderate to heavy loading
Body weight and light to moderate loaded CV exercise

Build muscle, boost your energy, walk away feeling like a powerhouse.
